As I travel around the country doing shows and competitions I have to say I have met some awsome people and great friends.
Though I will admit putting myself out in front of folks can have a dark side. I have seen some horrible things done with my picture and have read some mean spirited comments made by people who claim to know me but in reality do not. I still have to say that looking back I have met many more nice people who share my passion for the sport. I just read an e-mail from my friend and team mate Brian Tenor from Canada. It made me think how cool it is that folks from different parts of the world can find a common ground on which to converse. One day I will be talking to Sergio Bueno (XFT Hull builder) the next day I will get an e-mail from a client in Australia. As for my critics while I admire your passion for your sport I think that if you realy met me or my teammates you would find that we are in agreement on a great many things about the Jetski industry. I hope that somewhere down the line we will get a chance to ride together and share in the one thing that I think anyone who tries a personal watercraft will agree on. That there is not another sport like it and once you catch the fever you will always be hooked. So for all of you out there if you are a die hard competitor or just a weekend warrior have a safe Holiday season and lets find away to ride together in the seasons to come.
