The secret to the shorty freestyle jet ski hull is no-longer. Multiple freestyle hull manufacturers are now rushing into the space testing shorter hulls, wider hulls, narrower hulls, and all combination’s in between. We are now on the heels of the APBA’s announcement that they will be lenient on pro freestyle hulls during 2009. This is a curious and exciting time for the sports of freestyle. With jet skis getting shorter while motors continue to get bigger. Check out the pictures of the Rick Roy designed and created freestyle hull in the pictures below. Though this hull was disqualified, it performed very well considering the choppy water conditions.
