On October 14th Team Twangled will be performing on our own home water Lake Marie on the chain of lakes near Antioch Ill.
Though it is a private party (invitation only). I can tell you it is the kind of thing that makes being a Pro Freestyle Jet Skier worth while. Just plain fun. Don’t get me wrong competitions are awsome, but events like this you don’t have that pressure to perform that perfect run. I often find that our riders are more willing to try new moves as they are not penalized for mistakes. Kids cheering a few posters autographed questions from fans about how we do the things we do on the water. Got to love it. The party is being put on by the our neighbor for the lake front community. Last year we had a blast hundreds of people turn out for it. Gary has been working on our new XFT project. Hope to have the new ski ready time. Det-Chi Video will also be on hand so look for some new pic’s in our gallery. I would like to say thanks to the folks up in Antioch and on the chain of lakes for embrasing us with open arms and minds. None of that get out of my way attitude. More like ” Hey if I lay you up a nice fat wake can you do another roll or flip”. It is good to see some positive feedback from a water front community toward personal watercrafts in general. Mabey Freestyle is helping to bridge the gap between all of us. I hope so. All I know for sure is it got us a gig for the 14th and we won’t let them be disapointed.
